About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer with a strong focus on web projects to join our collaborative team.

As a Web-focused Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and delivering visually stunning and user-centric designs for our web-based initiatives.

Here's what you should know if you want to be a
Senior Visual Designer (Web-focused) at R/GA:

On any given day you might

Execute top quality design work in line with agency standards;
Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of a project;
Participate constructively in interdepartment and crossservice line communications;
Craft actionable direction for other designers;
Present confidently and professionally to clients and internal teams;
Collaborate with the UX team. Translate concepts into user flows and wireframes that lead to intuitive, accessible and simple experiences, thinking about the product as a whole.
Implement a visual language that includes typography, color, iconography, being able to create components and documentation that supports the system.

The ideal person

Has a proven experience as a Web designer during the entire design process for we and mobile platforms;
Has proven design experience with examples of successfully launched projects that demonstrate strategic, conceptual and creative thinking;
Exhibits exceptional communication skills within the agency team and with clients;
Has outstanding presentation skills;
Must have experience in creating visual interface designs and managing design systems.
Deep understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale.

You bring

At least +5 years of experience as a Webfocused Visual Designer
Excellence in Figma.
Exceptional communication skills within the agency team and with clients;
Indepth understanding of HTML, capabilities of web browsers, Photoshop and Illustrator image manipulation;
Solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design;
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills;
Advance oral and written English.
