- Payroll end-to-end process.
- Support other payroll processes as terminations, pay in advancement, loans, etc.
- Assist in the compilation and update of related payroll tools , Country payroll manuals, wage type catalogues, process flows and payroll calendars.
- Support payroll software upgrades to ensure that the system is updated as per legal and statutory requirements.
- Support and resolution of employee inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration.
- 3 – 5 years of payroll experience.
- Excel advanced.
- Language: English and/or Portuguese intermediate.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures.
- Analytical skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and operate efficiently under continuous change.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality and to coordinate and lead multiple tasks and resources.
