Team overview and job responsibilities


Main responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and/or issue PO / contracts, amendments, of maintenance materials and national and international services, guaranteeing the supply of the manufacturing units and administrative areas.
  • Develop alternative suppliers for NRM, following the homologation of the product whenever necessary, negotiating with suppliers to obtain the lowest overall cost with the lowest economic risk.
  • Monitoring and control of compliance with the requested delivery deadlines and management of the collection of fines, when necessary.
  • Build, maintain and enhance relationships with internal stakeholders, serving as a business partner.
  • Provides low cost/best value to constituents while considering impact on operations, customers, and competitors.
  • Analyze current the spend pool and understand the supply base and internal clients' needs. Build plans and projects accordingly while participating in the development and execution of category strategies.
  • Deliver cost savings and cost avoidance targets.
  • Lead crossfunctional sourcing projects with key internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead the RFI/RFP's process for various services.
  • Analyze bids based on total cost/supply to identify opportunities to achieve optimal value
  • Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiations, as well as helping preparing contracts that ensure optimal postaward administration.
  • Manages multiple, complex projects independently.
  • Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement policies and best practices. Demonstrating exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances.
  • Communicate and report to management the status of any critical external/ internal relationships.
Who are we looking for?


We are looking for an advance student or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International trade or similar careers and strong English skills, both written and verbal.


We look for the following skills and motivations:

  • At least 2 Years of proven experience in similar roles involving Procurement, Sourcing and Contracting.
  • Experience in general and administrative commodities (i.e. HR, Facilities Services, etc.) category sourcing.
  • Demonstrated the ability to bring diverse stakeholders together and facilitate to achieve a common goal and objective.
  • Skills / key Competences: Strategic Sourcing Management
  • Collaboration & Partnering, Change Management, Negotiation, Project Management, Strategic Thinking.
  • Strong analytical/project skills, capable of leading and managing an array of initiatives from project initiation thru final presentation.
  • Highenergy, selfmotivated with a desire to excel in a multi stakeholder environment.
  • Deliverablefocused, strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills (in English and Spanish)
  • Portuguese (is a plus)

  • Negociar y/o emitir OC/contratos, modificaciones, de materiales de mantenimiento y servicios nacionales e internacionales, garantizando el abastecimiento de las unidades fabriles y áreas administrativas.
  • Desarrollar proveedores alternativos para NRM, siguiendo la homologación del producto cuando sea necesario, negociando con los proveedores para obtener el menor costo total con el menor riesgo económico.
