Purpose statement


Design, generate and analyze data for the sales force and senior management including periodically publishing of sales activities reports and developing analyses to measure trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness.


What are we looking for in you

Bachelor's degree:

Marketing, Commercialization, Business Administration, Between 2 and 3 years of experience in marketing positions or complementary functions such as: controller, administrator.


Skills:
Analytical profile, proactive, initiative, good organization of time and lead you work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Task: Management of local CRM or Salesforce. Coordination of commercial reports. Administrative work (registration of suppliers, follow up of invoices, IRFS and doctors' contracts, support to the region, quotations).
  • Coordination of congresses, events, conferences.
  • Design and generate reports for tracking sales performance including percent to quota, sales growth, PO pending, average selling price, and expenses.
  • Provide data and analyses to help sales management make decisions and influence behaviors of the sales force.
  • Model and forecast head count requirements for the sales force to be used in strategic and financial plans.
  • Implement and monitor criteria for sales force awards, contests, and promotions.
  • Generate tools, or enable other teams to generate tools, for tracking compensation performance with SPIFs, P&L, and contests.
  • Gather surveys and account information from sales force for use in quota generation and strategic plan.
  • Work with sales management to allocate quota and budget to all levels of the sales force.
  • Work with IS to troubleshoot systems, data, and processes to ensuring optimal utilization of them and make recommendations to management to improve processes and support for the sales force.
  • Provide training to sales force on systems, policies, procedures, and forms/reports/tools used in the management of sales force performance.
