Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service for resolving trade and cash inquiries in realtime, using a personable and empathetic approach.
  • Act as a point of contact for all operational and service issues across the network while upholding responsible and responsive service delivery for a portfolio of selected clients, managing and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Develop a client service proposition to support clients' service requirements, identifying opportunities and delivering the Bank's services postsuccessful mandate of the clients' Correspondent Banking business.
  • Provide value creation through client education and service solutions to help them improve their operating efficiency while prioritizing their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure optimal service delivery through monitoring of transaction dashboard and proactively reviewing client data, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Train clients to help them achieve superior operational performance, while being encouraging and informative.
  • Conduct comprehensive service reviews while considering customer data and/or stated requirements to recommend specific products/services.
  • Manage queries from start to resolution following steps outlined on Complaints Processing Guide, through effective and transparent communication.

Key Competencies:


  • Demonstrated proficiency in providing exceptional customer service and managing client relationships effectively through open communication.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data while using a detailoriented approach.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to communicate with empathy and respect in a diverse work environment.
  • Willingness to expand their knowledge of bank regulations, policies and procedures and how to work within those guidelines while advocating for the needs of customers.
  • Experience with Correspondent Banking products and solutions would be a plus

  • High level of English language proficiency
