What you will do

Work closely with the CEO and a team to identify innovation and campaign opportunities to tell consumerfocused stories;
Develop a deep understanding of the housing market in order to identify newsworthy themes, trends, topics, data points to proactively share with the media;
Recommend marketing and public relations opportunities;
Expand/build on existing relationships with national and local real estate and economic press on behalf of WOW
Realty through regular touch points;
Oversee communications for new products, events, and special promotions;
Develop marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty;
Serve as a company spokesperson and first point of contact for consumer and media inquiries;
Identify opportunities for WOW Realty to insert its point of view into news of the day.

Must haves

Great English skills;
Experience creating monthly newsletters;
Experience working with Social Media Platforms.
