Your job is to make our customers feel like they're part of the Mozio family and make sure their expectations are exceeded every step of the way.
What we need from you:
- Excellent communication skills in English AND French at an Upper intermediate (B2) level or above
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support
- A third language (Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese) is a plus
But that's not all - this job is 100% remote, which means you can work from your cozy home or anywhere else in the world you want That's right, you can travel the globe and work at the same time.
Here are the deets:
- The job is fulltime, 5 days a week (weekdays and/or weekends) for 8 hours a day.
- You'll be employed as a contractor, so you'll have all the flexibility you need.
You'll need:
- A highspeed WiFi connection.
- A backup computer and internet connection, just in case.
Salary:
$166, $220,000.00 per month
