- Handle a portfolio of customers with open receivables.
- Do analysis and resolution of issues due to lack of payment.
- Manage customer ́s inquiries (external and internal customers).
- Interact with different departments of the organization.
- Do negotiation of installment plans and debt resolution.
- Have full accountability of self-portfolio.
- Generate reconciliation reports in excel files for customers, with actions taken and next steps.
- Promote continue improvement and support to projects.
- Must be a student in the field of Economics, Finance, Law and/or related studies
- Preferably graduating end of 2025 onwards
- Bilingual/Fluent in English (written and oral)
- High problem-solving ability
