    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


    We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with a solid technical background that is willing to build robust and maintainable applications using software development best practices and following a continuous testing approach.

    Responsibilities

    • Write and execute test plans / test cases
    • Participate in agile activities, including daily standup, sprint planning, and sprint review meetings
    • Validate functional and non-functional requirements
    • Define automation strategies
    • Develop test scripts integrated with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
    • Timely communicate risks and deviations

    ABOUT YOU


    Requirements

    • Expertise in testing techniques, like black box testing, white box testing, bottom-up testing.
    • Hands on experience testing API-First architectures
    • 3+ years of experience in Automation testing (Desired Robot Framework, Cucumber)
    • Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
    • Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure
    • Hands on experience in Performance testing.
    • Hands on experience with containerization and orchestration. (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Fluent oral and written English skills
    • Graduated in Software Engineering, with 5+ years on QA field.
    • Knowledge of contact center business is a plus.
