Take full accountability for technical solution by driving optimal product selection, supported by technical value engineering and management of the technical risks until transfer to Operation (ToC)

Take the technical lead towards the Region and the projects (wind, hybrid and P2X) across different stages by coordinating technical functions (Siting, Plant Solutions & SCADA) in a deal team approach with all relevant stakeholders

Lead the technical contract negotiations and manage technical/commercial commitments in accordance with Vestas' policies and governance

Ensure a holistic acknowledgement, management and representation of the commercial and legal aspects of technical solutions across project life.


Qualifications
Engineering background combined with commercial insight/interest

Ability to direct and coordinate a team of engineers

Previous experience in wind energy in technical related area

Previous international experience is desired

Fluent in written and verbal English


Competencies

  • Solid communication skills. Spanish and English language is a must.
  • Ability to take decisions under uncertain environment
  • Ability to be flexible, organized and collaborative with proven experience working in dynamic and intensive environments
  • Professional presentation skills
  • A natural mindset towards simplicity
