We are seeking a dynamic Freelance Recruiter and HR Manager to join a new American music artist's team in Buenos Aires.

This role is crucial for building and managing a high-performing local marketing and creative team.

You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and integrating top talent into our vibrant culture, ensuring our artist and brand resonate with precision and creativity in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Recruitment_
  • HR Management_
  • Design and execute a seamless onboarding process that ensures new hires are successfully integrated into our team and culture.
  • Manage ongoing HR responsibilities, including employee relations, compliance with local employment laws, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with department leads to understand their human resources needs and provide consultative support.
  • Talent Retention and Development_
  • Implement strategies for talent development and retention to nurture and grow our team's capabilities and satisfaction.
  • Regularly review and enhance HR policies and practices to adapt to the evolving needs of the team and the industry.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional growth, encouraging team members to pursue opportunities that align with their career objectives.

Requirements:


  • Technical Skills_
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in recruiting for marketing, creative, and technical roles, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with Buenos Aires' job market and a comprehensive understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
