We welcome
passionate warriors and are currently looking for a
Casino Product Coordinator.

This role will
ensure that the Casino site is updated and maintained, making sure it is always locally relevant and working as expected.

What you will do:

You will work closely with CRM, Operations teams and other departments to provide the best service and offers to our customers from the Casino product point of view.
You will work closely with the different teams to ensure that the site experience and customer journeys are consistent, maximising usability and accessibility across all devices.
You will assist with daytoday tasks, competitor reviews and adhoc priorities.
Make sure the front end is up to date and be locally relevant
Maintenance of the game release and roadmap
Update the front end according to the current promotions
Maintain good working relationships with the entire organization and external suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of BW Casino product.
You will be a champion of the customer and be passionate about continuously improving the BetWarrior experience.
A passion for Casino games including both slots and live dealer; and driven to deliver the best gaming experience in the market.
Experience in maintaining effective business relationships in an online environment is an advantage.
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
You possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of and experience in the online gaming market, products and customers.
Highly motivated with good organisational skills and the ability to consistently meet challenging targets within a fastmoving industry and a dynamic organization
Understanding agile software development is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. And/or Portuguese a plus.
