VACANCIES:


CDP:
Supervises and coordinates activities of a particular workstation engaged in preparing and cooking food products for various outlets


Bartender:

Actively engages with guests, prepares and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, executes all Drink recipes, arranges bottles and glasses, and maintains, secures and cleans bar area.

Sell and/or up-sell a la carte guests to premium brands. Accurately computes bill and presents for payment.


Waiter:

Arranges settings on tables, Greets and escorts guests, presents both food and beverage menus to guests, suggests dinner courses, appropriate wines and answers questions.

Relays order to galley and is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and integrity of assigned station.


Apprentice Purser:
assists the other employees in the Shipboard Financial Operations division.


Junior Purser:

assists the Administration Purser - Payroll and T&A in the monitoring and compliance of the Time and Attendance card process, and the weekly and monthly timecard auditing process of all departments.


Guest Services Officer:
Actively listens and extends assistance in order to resolve all guest issues and concerns. Provides cash and guest account services. Assists guests with immigration and customs procedures and forms.


Security Guard:
is responsible for safety rounds and gangway security, under the supervision of the Chief Security Officer Previous experience in Marine Safety and Security


IT Support Specialist:
assists in the IT operations onboard the vessel supporting all Hotel
related computer equipment, with a particular focus on, but not limited to, technology and equipment in Guest Staterooms.


Youth Counselor:
Organizes and leads youth activities, ages 6 months -17 years, in designated activity centers,
assigned areas and throughout the vessel

Requisitos:

  • 5 years of experience at 4/5 starts hotels or in another cruise line. Advanced level of English Be able to work under stress. Degree in education and 2 -5 years of experiemce working with kids for the Youth Counselor Minimum 6 months experience in a payroll or accounting processing position within the hospitality industry or financial institution for the Apprentice Purser
  • CV in English.
