    We're on the lookout for Instructional Design Managers specialized in System Implementation/SAP projects to join our awesome team. This role offers you the chance to be part of a leading global professional services organization and play a crucial role in the growth of the People Consulting team.

    Key Responsibilities


    - Collaborate with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants, developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to identify training needs of the target audience


    - Use recognized models like ADDIE and Kirkpatrick to design engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities


    - Establish instructional end goals and create diverse material/media for SAP/SI projects (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.)


    - Define criteria for assessing learner's performance and create evaluation tools


    - Ensure top-notch project deliverables through thorough internal reviews and garner positive feedback from clients and global project counterparts


    - Be acknowledged as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the SAP/SI domain


    - Update and maintain training materials and documentation to align with changes in the SAP system and business needs


    - Foster effective communication and collaboration to build strong client relationships and team rapport


    - Aid in the development of tools, techniques, and methodologies for the practice


    - Contribute to the development of thought leadership in the SAP/SI learning sector

    To be eligible for this role, you should have:


    - Bachelor's or associate degree with over 10 years of relevant experience


    - Demonstrated expertise and familiarity with SAP systems, modules, and functions like SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA, etc.


    - Knowledge of various ERP systems such as Oracle, Workday, will be a plus


    - Strong understanding of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines


    - Exceptional writing skills and a good command of English


    - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel


    - Ability to articulate design choices, suggestions, and provide creative guidance


    - Familiarity with one or more course authoring and learning tools like SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe


    - Hands-on experience and understanding of instructional design principles
