    It's important to note that, in this instance, the role does not involve immediate hiring but rather serves as a part of a pipeline for future recruitments.


    We're looking for a Semi Senior Flutter Developer, to join our remote multicultural team and be part of the full development cycle of web and mobile apps: including understanding business needs, designing solutions for specific problems, and developing the product.

    They should be able to work independently with little support from other devs to develop high-quality software, which is aligned with client needs and company standards.

    What are the main responsibilities of this role? Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile features using Flutter.
    Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
    Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
    Conduct code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
    Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability.
    Which skills and experience do we envision for this role? 2.5+ years of experience developing mobile apps with Flutter.
    Solid understanding of Dart and mobile development principles.
    Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
    Experience working in agile environments.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
    Advanced English skills (spoken and written).Experience with CI/CD tools and cross-platform performance optimization (Nice to have).
