R/GA is a global digital innovation agency specializing in digital product development, brand transformation, media, and communications for major companies.

Our work tends to be a fusion of what we call Stories and Systems: the narrative and the design, technology and the interface working together.

R/GA is a brand but it's also a collective of atypical outsiders and misfits who drive everything we do through bold creativity and bright, strategic thinking.

We're looking for a mid-level designer to add to the growing team. This designer is a fundamentalist, but approaches projects with rational and an innovative mindset. They extend visual language, always mindful of how it looks and how it works.

On any given day you might

Concept and collaborate within our creative team, including Experience Designers, Art Directors developers and Copywriters.
Work within Figma to produce, extend and enhance design systems.
Assist with the creation of visual design, typography, visual concept, logos, icons, and other design items as needed.
Present work to clients and adapt work based on feedback.
Work with producers to ensure work is delivered on time and in line with agency and client standards.

The ideal person

Has a strong portfolio with engaging web and product experiences.
Has a strong understanding of Figma and is able to work within component libraries, as well as create them.
Is proficient with Illustrator and Photoshop.
Can juggle multiple projects and tasks at once.
Is able to take constructive feedback.
Has a collaborative work ethic and easy going nature.
Embraces challenges and new methods of thinking.
Is curious and looks beyond the immediate ask to dream up innovative solutions.
Has a positive attitude that fosters team camaraderie and believes that greatness can happen only when people with different skills and perspectives work together.
Is able to persevere despite obstacles and demonstrate the ability to adapt on the fly.

You bring
- +4 years of experience in similar roles.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent education and experience.
Excellence in Figma.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design.
Proficiency in English (Written & Oral).
