  Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on the US market
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
