  • Cultivate and promote a workplace grounded in our cultural pillars, by building programs and crafting experiences that will make employees feel valued, part of the community and a champion for our members
  • Partner with different committees to plan, lead and/or execute CSR and EDI initiatives
  • In partnership with Talent Leadership, create a vision to shape programs to curate an amazing professional collection of key “moments that matter” throughout the employee journey.
  • Develop, execute, and manage an employee experience strategy that is robust and sustainable as our company scales
  • Create an evaluation strategy that addresses how we will measure the success of all employee experience initiatives across the whole employee lifecycle
  • Manage external partnerships and vendors, building and maintaining strong relationships with key connections
  • Consult and contribute to ad-hoc People & Culture initiatives to support the employee experience
  • Partner closely with Internal Communications to surface themes, craft talking points, and find opportunities to weave updates and responses into corporate messaging (i.e. CEO blogs, Town Halls, etc.); write, edit and distribute a wide range of materials to support the employee experience
  • Design regular “Check-ins” (Employee Engagement) surveys, activate participation, proactively analyze data and trends, and develop and share the story to drive action
  • The ideal person

  • Knows the importance of the cultural values of a company and how they impact and build the employer brand. 
  • Has experience managing learning events, including coordinating, consultation, and evaluation.
  • Has experience in CSR, Sustainability and EDI actions. 
  • Is extremely technology driven
  • Can conceive, design, implement, and manage a wide range of projects
  • Is comfortable working across multiple offices and time zones
  • Has knowledge and experience using Employee Journey Maps
  • Can build credibility quickly and maintain relationships with employees and Talent Partners
  • Has strong leadership skills and can influence decision makers.
  • Is exceptionally detail oriented and takes pride in outstanding customer service
  • You bring

  • Fluent english skills
  • Strong soft and leadership skills 
  • +7 years experience in learning and development, HR, business education, and/or consulting
