    XLC is a company dedicated to Distribution and Private Placement of mutual and private equity funds within the Andean Region Institutional and Wholesale markets.
    The firm has local presence throughout the Andean Region, with offices in Chile, Peru, and Colombia. In addition XLC has professional, experienced, and senior distribution team's members in each of the countries of the region, with strong and long dated commercial relationships with all Institutional and Wholesale investors.
    One of the firm's strategic partners is looking to strengthen their local presence in the Argentinean and Uruguayan markets by expanding the partnership with Excel Capital.

    Job Description

    Main Responsibilities
     Build an extend client database and nourish the relationships
     Be the contact point for XLC and its strategic partners in the region and manage the relation with their sales teams
     On board and set up commercial relations for the strategic partners, including agreement signatures, new account set ups and similar tasks
     Raise assets and coordinate the related services for XLC¨s strategic partners
     Prepare investment solution pitches for the clients and deliver them with clarity
     Identify business opportunities and create adequate sales campaigns
     Keep up to date with local regulations
     Maintain a fluid communication with the broader team and report activities for the team, managing partners and strategic partners
     Prepare reports and business intelligence for the strategic partners
     Keep high quality records of business activity and placements
     Look for cross selling opportunities for the XLC businesses

    The Successful Applicant

    Experience Skills
     Possess at least eight year's relevant experience in investments and/or wealth management
     Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ability to work effectively in a team and proactively to always seek new business opportunities
     Strong communication skills (written and verbal), both in Spanish and English.
     Perseverance to stay focused in adverse conditions and be creative to find alternative opportunities
     Ability to work effectively with all levels of professionals, adjusting the complexity of the message according to the interlocutor
     Experience presenting in small group as well as in front of large audiences
     Strong ability to think analytically and strategically, and to execute tasks tactically having attention to details.
     Knowledge of investments tools, such as Bloomberg and Morningstar and also understanding of the different platforms that offer financial products and AllFunds (Pershing, Bank platforms) are desirable as well as experience of international investment operations
