The SWE Business Operations Consultants will be part of a business operations team that provides support to Technology- Cloud First organizations. He/she will be working on reporting the performance of the business, manage leadership requests to run their business, align with other functional areas as Finance, HR, Marketing, MDI, etc.to provide high quality information and support to leadership.

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide management operations support and reporting to the Cloud First business operations lead to help understand key performance metrics and drive performance improvements.

Manage complex daily activities of multiple work streams, focused on issue resolution, while being an effective communicator simultaneously across HR/Finance/Marketing/ teams.

Analyze sales pipeline and make proper follow-ups.

Review actuals against plans and provide advisory.

Complete documentation and reports required to support leadership

Work with different stakeholders to gain input needed to drive key business discussions /outcomes

Ability to multitask between priorities to meet deadlines and quality expectations

Establish credibility as a member of the operations team and with other internal stakeholders

Work on ad-hoc requests and analysis.

Requisitos

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

BE degree (or equivalent) required

5 - 6 years of post-education experience, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

Good knowledge of of Powerpoint and sharepoint. Very good Excel skills, with experience using advanced Excel functions.

Knowledge and experience using MMS data and reporting tools.

Preferably worked in projects in the areas of sales reporting, operations and analytics

Good understanding of dashboards and scorecards for leadership review

Excellent communication in English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with cross functional and geographical teams.

Experience to include global exposure, able to work with multiple stakeholders, handle multiple projects.

Good presentation and project management skills

Strong customer service skills
