As a Finance Manager– HR you will provide Finance Partnering to Finance SVPs and VPs in managing their budgets, actuals and ad-hoc requests.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage OPEX for the respective GSF function, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance
  • Provide support to the FD by proactively identifying opportunities and raising challenges to meet business objectives and mitigate risks
  • Ensure delivery to challenging financial targets by maintaining a close financial oversight
  • Drive cost consciousness, increasing engagement and skills development amongst budget holders
  • Lead the preparation of the 3/1 Plans and Latest Estimates (UP1, UP2) for the respective GSF function
  • Analyse financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Support accurate costs projections, risk&opps analysis
  • Consolidates HR costs, headcount and capex and report forecasts and actuals analysis to the central GSF team
  • Support any internal and external financial audit processes by working in close collaboration with Auditors
  • Basic qualifications:

  • Finance or business degree with knowledge in the Finance discipline
  • Experience working cross-functionally – demonstrating a good ability to influence at all levels and the ability to build strong relationships and alignment in a matrix environment to bridge communications gap between finance and non-finance
  • Strong Communication skills with finance and non-finance colleagues, this includes ability to influence at various organisation levels
  • Very high analytical and financial skills practised in complex environments
  • Assertive, pragmatic and with good team spirit
  • Advanced excel expertise and Bison
  • Experienced with actuals analysis
  • Comfortable with and experienced in presenting at senior levels
  • Strong forecasting experience
  • Strategic mindset
