Position Overview

As a Sales Director, you are responsible for growing our client base with a focus on small-to-mid-sized and enterprise brands across Latin America. You are committed to winning and taking advantage of the untapped customer base that could benefit from Piano’s product offering. Individuals should have a proven track record of consultative SaaS sales; the ability to negotiate complex six and seven figure contracts; a strong understanding of the digital landscape and a willingness to embrace disruptive, fast paced technology companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new bookings/revenue within your territory
  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify new opportunities
  • You will own an annual booking's quota which will be achieved through providing timely and accurate commercial proposals while maintaining maximum profit margin
  • The primary charter of this role will be to identify new business opportunities and partner with Client Services to drive strategic upsells
  • Develop strong, strategic relationships with prospects to identify business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers through the Piano value proposition/sales solution strategy
  • Articulate the value proposition and competitive positioning for all solutions
  • Conduct planned outbound calls/campaigns to defined target accounts in partnership with Business Development team
  • Ensuring daily/week updates of pipeline & provide accurate forecast to the sales leadership team on an ongoing basis using Salesforce CRM
  • Build relationship with key stakeholders within the organization

What You Have

  • At least 10+ years in SaaS based digital analytics and marketing solution selling
  • A recognized network in the Digital Analytics sector
  • Deep and current brand and advertiser network in key verticals such as Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, Retail, Broadcast
  • Natural flair for conversations & enjoy talking to customers about analytics and customer solutions
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving & overachieving his/her quota
  • Sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach
  • Capable of analyzing large amounts of internal and external data and to make decisions with speed and accuracy
  • MBA’s preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
