The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum/kanban practices, helping the product owner and team to achieve customer satisfaction & Lead the scrum teams in self-organization 

Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments 

Help the scrum teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework - Support the product owner and provide education where needed.

Skills mandatorios: 

  • Experience in similar roles, as facilitator and coach, Kanban included.
  • Strong communicational abilities.
  •  Analytical and solution provider.
  • Experience with teams belonging to different technologies/towers.
