Job Description: Manages initiatives and programs to improve operational effectiveness, leading the implementation of processes, tools, best practices, and training across the organization Closely aligned to the following Quality and Risk Management processes working globally across all markets with a focus on Strategy and Consulting Service: • Quality Assurance (QA) / QA Director Management • Root Cause Analysis • High Risk and Issues (HRI) Management and Early Warning • EAC Management (Positives & Negatives) • Solution Contingency Management Key Responsibilities: May include any of the following: QA Tool Management - Drive QA compliance to achieve targets including blank risk tiers; working with MU QLs to escalate QAs - Maintain accurate plan data including identifying missing contract numbers, confirming resp del leads, and working grouping requests as needed - Participate in Global task force process improvement as needed QAD Management - QAD Certifications-helping identify candidates, managing nominations, soliciting profile updates, and developing celebratory communications when candidates are certified. Providing regular updates to CSG / OU leadership - QAD Exception handling and assignment issues-facilitating the approval and/or rationale for QAD exceptions - QAD Recognition-overseeing and directing the yearly recognition cycle including analyzing key data points, identifying likely recipients, confirming with quality leadership team, recognition approaches (e.g. celebratory postcard, flairs, performance feedback) and preparing data for the annual HR cycle - QAD workload balancing – both over-utilized and under-utilized; working to make reassignments as needed to even out workload - RMQ Workshop support-work with global team to assess workshop needs for S&C, work with quality lead to entice faculty, communicate with MDs, solicit participation, and track participation and results - Participate in Global task force process improvement as needed Root Cause Analysis / EAC Trends - Analyze RCAs / EAC hot spots and trends (including across sales, risks & issues) - Manage RCA process including assessor assignment, approval, and LPA input - Participate in Global task force process improvement as needed - Identify and implement improvement Initiatives Support Leadership Reporting Manage team mailbox working issues, escalating as needed As our team is very collaborative and small, candidates at times may also work in any areas under broader quality umbrella including: - Support for the Early Warning process that may include identifying scenarios that are risky as well as helping with investigations needed to resolve issues - Support the solution contingency process (e.g., investigating items (as needed), contacting teams and answering questions, tracking and helping resolve issues) - Support the HRI process including attending MLR / EAC calls and forecasting EACs - Supporting the Client Satisfaction process to increase our client feedback and communicate the results - Support of program processes which may include helping with definition, data prep, training, and follow -up. - Support various scorecards which requires handling sensitive data and restricted data from a variety of sources Relationships: - Reports to: Strategy and Consulting Quality Program Director - Supervises: Strategy and Consulting Specialist - External Relationships: Market and Services Quality and Risk Teams, Corporate Quality Teams, Strategy and Consulting Quality Leadership; Client and Delivery Teams Leé mas sobre la descripción de puesto
