Our Product Specialists get to know a limited number of specialized products and services inside and out. As well as selling them directly, we’re called in to identify and support opportunities within particular customer accounts. We are the difference makers. You will be responsible for Proactively solves customer business problems by providing expertise and by using higher complexity solutions. • Manages the relationship with high-level Point of contact within group of accounts to ensure opportunities are identified and closed; deployed against qualified opportunities; attains volume objectives; refers leads beyond the scope of this job to other sellers within the organization. • Regularly engaged at customer facilities and delivers high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills. • Communicates technology roadmaps and vision and associated technical advantages of the proposed solution. • Recommends product and service configurations to assist with overall system design and integration. • Provides product or Business Unit-specific expertise: formulate the client business strategy and leverage resources to ensure proper positioning of entire Commercial Sales portfolio. • May own account sets and/or be called into accounts as opportunities are identified and can discuss the Commercial Sales roadmap in depth. • Provides pre-sales technical support during the sales process, create configurations. • Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings • Stays current on industry and vertical solutions • Assists in the on-going technical education and development of the broader team • Organizes internal/external resources in response to customer needs • Exhibits a broad base knowledge of multiple or related industries as well as an acute business understanding in order to present competitive comparisons. Required qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Master or Post graduate Degree is a plus. • Minimum of 5-10 years of Technical Sales or related experience. • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals. • Fluent in English and Spanish is essential. • Great written and verbal communications skills. • Strong analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. • Excellent written and presentation skills. • Demonstrate ability to deal with a complex and changing environment. • Teamwork, leadership and motivational skills. • Problem solving and business planning skills. • Sales Account Planning and Management. • Organizational and Relationship awareness.
