As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key support role for the Sales team by preparing pricing reviews, proposals & providing sales support for our products portfolio within South America. Your strong technical and market knowledge will assist you in bringing efficient and effective solutions to customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Supports to the sales organization and customers throughout the offer process by preparing technical descriptions of products and technological solutions, determining costs, prices, and preparing documentation for the sale, serving as a technical-commercial key in the assigned area.
  • Provide technical commercial assistance in meetings with clients during the sales management developed by the sales area, as well as presentations and negotiation of offers of products, solutions and related services.
  • Supports the sales organization with the preparation and submission of offers with clear communication of contract terms. Preparation of technical-commercial offers based on specifications and requirements of clients or potential clients. Handover to management to vital information to risk reviews. Arming of sales files. Participation in Kick-Off Meeting to launch the sale of products and projects with the Project team.
  • Pipeline management and list of hot tenders with analysis of information and data provided by the sales organization. Analysis in cooperation with sales in the event of a lost proposal for better future results.

    • Your background

  • College Degree in Electrical Engineer
  • More than 5 years of experience in Electrical Market
  • Sound knowledge of Electrical systems, switchgear, reclosers, products & power solutions
  • Knowledge in electrical market. Experience related with electric power products in Medium Voltage in South America market (desirable)
  • Advanced English level (must)
  • A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
