Parexel currently has a great opportunity in our Buenos Aires office for a Resource Planner. As part of the Global Resourcing team, you will provide support on global bids, allowing great exposure to the workings of Parexel and understanding of the industry overall.
As a Resource Planner you will be responsible for identification and collection of potential team member CV’s for proposals/bid defense meetings. Working to very tight deadlines you will engage with senior levels of the business to ensure timely response of required materials
To be considered for this position you must have great customer support and communication skills along with the comfort and confidence to interact with people at all levels within the company. Ideally you have a Bachelor’s Degree along with demonstrated 3+ years of work experience in a role with both customer support and project management. Very strong MS office skills and full fluency in English is required. Clinical Trials experience is required.
