- You ́ll be responsible for coordinating and operationally managing the academy
- Driving conceptual development of the academy and training plans
- Tracking KPIs for regular reporting, continuous improvement of academy processes, and goal achievement
- Implementing, standardizing, and optimizing process workflows in the academy
- Leading, supporting, and developing trainers and trainees
- You ́ll be the interface between the academy and the headquarter in Germany
- You ́ll coordinate smooth operational flow as a point of contact for local service providers
- You ́ll represent Enpal and its values externally in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Qualifications
- Relevant professional and technical experience in a technical industry, preferably with knowledge in the solar industry
- Several years of leadership experience, for example, in construction management or similar positions
- Experience in training and further development of employees
- Ability to act responsibilyand being a role model as a training manager, being able to work with joy and persuasion with adults of all age groups
- User knowledge in handling MS Office / ERP systems
- Ability to conduct constructive discussions, foster a feedback culture, and implement development measures for employees
- You are able to speak Bosnian at a mother tongue level and German at least at level B2
