We are currently looking for a SR Quality Engineer to work in a project for one of the biggest health insurance companies in the World.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
· Utilize Selenium, TestNG, Appium, and Junit to automate test scripts and enhance testing efficiency.
· Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and performance issues.
· Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software stability after updates and changes.
· Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing.
· Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement.
· Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards.
· Work closely with product managers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
· Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues and improve overall product quality.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
· Mentor and guide junior team members in testing methodologies and tools.
· Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing frameworks and tools.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all testing activities.
Necessary skills and experience required:
· Possess a strong understanding of Selenium, TestNG, Appium, and Junit.
· Demonstrate proficiency in writing and executing automated test scripts.
· Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
· Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Have knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks.
· Experience in online, e-commerce, and listing and finding services domains is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from test results.
· Familiarity with agile methodology
