Position Overview:


As the VP of Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive NEW CUSTOMER ADOPTION & SALES.

You will develop and implement the following and more:


  • Digital Referral Programs
  • Warm inbound customer lead programs & initiatives
  • Channel partner expansion strategies and projects
  • Brand awareness campaigns and creating a community of raving fans and WORKWOLF supporters
  • You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to help the sales functions achieve or exceed monthly sales objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and ROI.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Superior proficiency in English, both oral and written, is essential.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is required.
  • Previous experience working at a tech company, preferably in a startup environment, is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results. You must be able to explain clearly how your creativity, execution and leadership, got you the results you were expecting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
