Job Purpose:

Support development of portfolio plans, execution of transactions, and market intelligence.

Develop and manage administrative activities and lease negotiations for PAC (Perú Chile Argentina) Express RE portfolio, meeting the requirements of compliance and supporting the Sub-Regional leader and the strategy of the Business and Corporate Real Estate.


Your tasks:


  • Support development of portfolio plans, execution of transactions, market intelligence and system / software.
  • Develop real estate scenarios via financial analysis.
  • Standardization of financial modelling aligned with Corporate Controlling.
  • Align financial analysis with BU financial reporting requirements and goals.
  • Monitor and manage real estate budget for development projects.
  • Develop, document, and record standard processes and ensure all internal transaction reporting is complete.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. CRE experts), develop effective and productive relationships with other support areas.
  • Standardize and improve processes.
  • Conduct real estate market research.
  • Comply with all guidelines and procedures established by Global Corporate Real Estate;
  • Comply with all HSE, ENVIRONMENT and COMPLIANCE rules and guidelines.

Your profile:


  • Good understanding of real estate markets globally and regionally
  • Proficient with financial modelling, market and industry research in real estate assets.
  • Experience with minor works projects (50k).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in KPI's management.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in commercial leases and real estate transactions.
