We are currently looking for Support Agent to work for a technology care project.

What you ́ll do

You ́ll be in charge of L1 support for global users of our clients platform.

What do we value?

People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction and excellent treatment with the client. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Primary responsibility is user support and customer service. Being present and available to clients requiring technical assistance.

· Respond to questions from all emails and callers.

· Become familiar with each client and their respective applications.

· Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.

· Follow standard procedures;

· Become familiar with helpdesk policies and services.

Necessary skills and experience required:

· 1 or 2 years of experience in call center, customer experience or customer support by chat or phone.

· Advanced level of English (reading and writing at least)
