Our team works in a highly flexible system and is able to accommodate a highly skilled back-end developer. We are looking for a passionate web developer who truly appreciates the projects they build.

The Role (Responsibilities)

• Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites and plugins.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure the website meets the company's goals and objectives.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for WordPressrelated issues.
• Optimize website performance and ensure website security.
• Build WordPress responsive websites from our proprietary theme as well as existing 3rd party themes
• Structure and program the content architecture with the assistance of the content team
• Work in collaboration with our CTO, Digital Specialists and Design team to bring projects to completion
• Maintain current code base for wide range of clients and projects
• Consistently refactor and improve our codebase
• Build custom Gutenberg blocks
• Experience with Elementor

Desired Skills (Requirements:
)

• At least 4+ years of experience in WordPress development.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• At least 4+ years of experience in MySQL.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop valid w3c markup with crossbrowser support
• Expert understanding of WordPress theme and plugin development
• Development experience with Advanced Custom Fields and Gravity Forms
• Ability to structure page layouts and understanding of frontend UX standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an affinity for problemsolving
• Manage webpack builds & Git workflows

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Local by Flywheel
• Experience with Node and
• Experience with MongoDB
