About the role

Dentro de las principales responsabilidades deberá:

Proporcionar asistencia general y apoyo administrativo al Departamento Jurídico, como la gestión de facturación, rendiciones, organización de reuniones y la coordinación de firmas, entre otros.
Preparar informes y presentaciones legales, analizando y resumiendo información compleja de manera clara y precisa para su revisión por parte del equipo jurídico.
Asistir al equipo jurídico en la preparación, revisión y redacción de contratos, acuerdos y otros documentos legales.
Realizar investigaciones legales y recopilar información relevante para los asuntos legales que se encuentren en curso.
Mantener actualizada la base de datos legal del Departamento Jurídico, asegurando la integridad y confidencialidad de los documentos y registros legales.

About you

Excelentes habilidades de organización y capacidad para manejar múltiples de manera efectiva.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, demostrando un alto nível de responsabilidad, profesionalismo y compromiso.
Discreción para trabajar con información confidencial de manera segura.
Habilidades avanzadas de redacción y comunicación.
Uso de software y herramientas legales, como sistemas de gestión de casos y Microsoft Office.
Dominio del idioma inglés, tanto oral como escrito
