The Role:
Events Coordinator


The Team:

The Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) business within S&P Global Market Intelligence provides proprietary data and insights that help our clients navigate transformation in the TMT industry.

Our internal and external engagement team, where the Events Coordinator sits, works to elevate our research and thought leadership within S&P Global and build our brand in the broader market, through content, webinars, speaking engagements, and events.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing to define strategy and event requirements.

Work closely with events operations team in planning events and coordinating logistics; and marketing teams where appropriate for prospecting events.

Communicate detailed delivery plans pre-event and organize post-event debriefs with stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement.
Oversee the production of event materials, including save the dates, invitations, and registration pages.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop event programming.
Oversee virtual events and webinars targeted at segments of our client base to support our commercial activity. Responsibilities include securing dates and speakers, supporting the live event, and follow up.


What We're Looking For:

3-5 years' experience in delivering successful events and meetings
Strong stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail
Drive a metric-first mindset
Strong organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Creative problem-solver
Ability to manage multiple events at once
