**Coordinador de Activos Fijos Role at Posco Argentina**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the management of fixed assets.

Responsibilities:

• Perform periodic analysis of fixed assets and supervise the correct maintenance of financial records in accordance with IFRS principles.
• Ensure accurate tracking of fixed assets, applying and supervising physical review processes, including a thorough inventory three times annually.
• Register additions of usage assets and disposals accordingly.
• Calculate monthly depreciation accurately.
• Cross-check registered invoices with corresponding work contracts (progress and final certificates).
• Physically identify usage assets and reconcile with accounting information for accuracy.
• Compile and analyze the construction in progress account, providing insights for informed decision-making.
• Review, document, and improve existing guidelines and instructions related to fixed assets. Design and implement fixed asset accounting policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Investigate potential deterioration conditions of fixed assets and supervise the annual impairment process, making necessary accounting adjustments.
