What the role is
The Administrative Assistant works in collaboration with the Operations at Location Level team.

This position will report directly to the Hotel General Manager and will help to keep updated the developments and initiatives for the team agenda under its responsibility.

Selina is growing fast and our Administrative Assistant is a key element on this journey.


What you will be doing

  • Manage Location Manager's schedule /calendar
  • Manage Location Level team travel plans, bookings and Reimbursements
  • Act as project manager for all the tasks that will come his/her way
  • Generate reports and presentations for meetings and events as needed
  • Assist Location Leve team in day to day operations and development
  • Shadow Location in some meetings
  • Be the POC for the department at corporate level
  • Manage administrative tasks for director and department
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

What do you need for the role
Previous Experience in Administrative Roles
Understanding of hospitality industry preferred
Word/excel/PowerPoint knowledge
SUPER organized
Able to deal with many responsibilities under pressure
Flexible availability

Adaptable:
comfortable with last minute changes
Bilingual in English & Spanish
Great communication skills
