    How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

    The Revenue & Yeld Management Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the overall Latam streaming organization, working with the business and operations teams in preparing fiscal year budgets, long term plans and monthly/quarterly projections, coordinating financial processes with controllership and accounting, and providing business analyses as needed.

    The Revenue & Yeld Management Senior Analyst will be responsible for:
    • Support and collaborate in ongoing inventory and capacity modelling.
    • Work on improving projections of Capacity drivers (sign-ups, HPS, engagement, Ad Load, etc.).
    • Help drive revenue, inventory, CPM and sell thru forecasts, budgets and long term plans.
    • Analyze and track business performance relative to projections, identifying and explaining major variances.
    • Develop KPIs to help communicate performance and impact business decisions.
    • Communicate regularly with business partners to ensure plans reflect most current strategies and information.
    • Partner with the Business Development team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
    • Help define both regular and promotional pricing for Disney's streaming products.
    What we need from you to be part of this story:
    • Bachelor's degree required (Accounting , Finance, Business administration).
    • At least 5 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (F&PA), Finance Strategy, Finance Modelling and related fields.
    • Excellent english writing and oral skills. Portuguese is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and logical skills.
    • Team player, highly responsible and dedicated.
    • Able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and solve issues quickly without sacrificing quality.
