    Are you a recent graduate with a keen interest in People Operations and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative, and international environment? Are you eager to apply your analytical skills and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes while working from any location? Look no further We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Kounsel's Graduate Internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our operations team, learn from experienced professionals, and make meaningful contributions to our business processes.

    Graduate Program Details

    Position: Graduate Internship
    Location: Remote
    Duration: 6 months
    Compensation: Paid
    Work Hours: USA Business Hours. Timezone: EST, PST, CST or MST

    Responsibilities
    • Provide general support to the People Consultants, Recruiter, Sourcer, and People Partners in the operations organization. Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of projects or events.
    • Facilitate the new hire/transfer brief and coordinate the associated onboarding process.
    • Provide insightful data, develop reports, participate in processes related to employee relations, and collect, maintain, analyze, and track information.
    • Partner with employees to organize events locally.
    • Learn and master our internal systems and run various reports as needed.


    Requirements

    • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)
    • Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
    • Previous experience in Human Resources, Consulting, Customer Service, or a related field.
    • Experience in project management or organizing events.

    General Requirements
    • Completed Bachelor's degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Master's or PhD program.
    • Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
    • Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).
