Product Owner - Cloud Compliance

Who We Are

What You Will Do:

In Client Technology, we are looking for a Product Owner, who will join the Cloud Compliance team.

We are looking for a self-starter, independent-thinker, curious and creative person with ambition and passion to develop great products that will bring value to our customers and contribute to making our platform the preferred one among developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, taking into account market and technology trends and business and customer requirements
Leads the development of products throughout the product lifecycle, setting, prioritizing, and evaluating work generated by the team to maximize the value of the product being created
Ensures strategy and roadmap is traduced to a transparent and solid product backlog
Owns the products documentation and communication plan
Owns the product Financials including profit analysis
Measures product performance and mitigates impediments impacting the successful delivery of the product vision and roadmap
Leads planning product releases and enhancements and sets expectations for delivery of features
Builds longterm relationships with internal and external business, technical, and client leaders, ensuring engagement with the product and that all business and customer requirements are identified and met
Form relationships with technical and experience design teams, product managers, product owners and testers to support with the definition of business features and requirements

Preferred experience:

Knowledge of the software development cycle and product management methodologies
Strong understanding of Agile practices and delivery frameworks
Experience working with relevant Product Management tools and technologies (e.g. Azure DevOps, Agile, MS Power BI, Miro, Aha)
Experience managing and delivering results through others in matrixed client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
Extensive experience of working with engineering and design teams
Extensive work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
Handle ambiguity/uncertainty and be able to move forward even when information is not very precise, and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
Be proactive in communicating feedback to the leadership team to improve and evolve the quality of products
Be eager to cultivate and build relationships across business, IT and industry to gather intelligence and bring insights about the wider enterprise picture, and enable the adoption of emerging industry standards and approaches within EY
Be an advocate in the development and implementation of an ongoing communication plan to educate stakeholders on the purpose and benefits of Product Management
Have experience working with relevant tools and technologies (e.g. Azure DevOps, Agile, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MS Power BI)
Have experience working in an Agile framework
Fluent English.
