Who are you?


Do you have a background, experience or pure passion for health and wellness? Do you get excited about data and problem solving? Virgin Pulse is looking for a SSO Specialist on the Client Operations team to handle the initial setup and ongoing maintenance of inbound and outbound single sign on connections as well as troubleshoot and resolve connection issues.


In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Virgin Pulse products.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Virgin Pulse single sign on capabilities and identity management protocols.
  • Work with clients and vendors to setup, test and enable SSO connections.
  • Document agreed upon requirements for all SSO connections.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SSO connections in a timely manner.
  • Communicate issues to the appropriate internal teams and/or external contacts as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve routine requests and questions.
  • Manage SSO certificate updates.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance processes of SSO connections.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.

Qualifications:

What you bring to the Virgin Pulse team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Information Technology, or equivalent, in related discipline.
  • 35 years of professional work experience in identity management, information systems.
  • Willingness to learn new identity management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Experience with Ping/Okta/Azure/SiteMinder.
