Provision and manage privileged user logical access to organization resources in different platforms according to pre-set of system rules and policies

  • Understanding of internal processes, procedures and IT control policies
  • Perform security and change control related tasks in compliance with the Information Technology Control Policies, standard operating procedures and reference documentation
  • Appropriately highlight any potential risk concerns identified, escalating to management as appropriate.
  • Identify continuous improvement to streamline the process of producing quality and timely outputs in meeting service level expectancy
  • Respond to Service Manager Incidents and ensure tickets are completed within the firm's documented SLAs for priority/severity impacts
  • Shifts/On call/weekend support will be required and will be explicitly communicated and agreed
  • Communicate with global peers across GIAM focusing on service delivery improvements
  • Ensure communication is customerfocused and professional
  • Help manage any adhoc compliance and security related projects as required
Role Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Understanding of Risk Management, Operations or similar discipline preferred
  • 1 to 5 years' experience in security administration, global operations and/or technology risk management
  • Availability to work:
  • Sunday to Thursday, from 12PM to 9 PM
  • Familiarity with IT risk management framework and control selfassessment process will be an added advantage
Key Competencies

  • Proficient knowledge of account administration in two or more platforms (Windows, Oracle, SQL, Mainframe, etc) is desired
  • Understanding of key controls and their business impact from an operational or systems perspective
  • Cyber Ark knowledge and experience is desired.
  • A strong sense of customer service, attention to detail and desire for organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact effectively with positions of all levels
  • Attentive listener who is able to receive and react appropriately to feedback provided by stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism, selfmotivation and sense of urgency
  • Good organizational skills & planning ability
  • Results oriented without compromising controls
  • Good incident and problem management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple, simultaneous priorities
  • Proactive, driven and able to work on their own initiative

  • Flexible with regard to working shifts as well as being available for off hour and weekend support
