Supervising Associate Risk Management and BCP


This role is for a local Risk Management (RM) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) SPOC who will be a shared resource for GDS RM and BCP in Argentina.

This role would report into the Global Delivery Services (GDS) BCP and RM leads for the BCP and RM areas respectively.


The opportunity


You will be part of EY GDS Global Risk Management and BCP Team and will support to ensure compliance to internal policy requirements and state of readiness.


Your key responsibilities

Risk Management Role:

The job profile for RM broadly entails helping the GDS RM lead plan, implement and monitor systems and compliance processes for the GDS business in Argentina and extend support with respect to co-ordination on legal matters
:

Assist in monitoring compliance to various EY policy matters and in consultation with the GDS RM lead, advice function heads on RM matters:

-
Execute and help manage Business Relationship specific compliances as per EY's policies:

-
Manage various initiatives around creating RM awareness in GDS Argentina:

-
Help in coordinating global & country related initiatives and staff mandates in GDS Argentina:

-
Co-ordinate with the country GCO, and Procurement teams for vendor contracts & agreements:

-
Assist in preparing dashboards and other MIS:

-
Assisting the GDS RM lead and center head with the review, development and implementation of compliance processes, rules and standards through policies:

-
Coordinating compliance audits and testing in GDS Argentina

BCP Role:

-
The individual will work closely with GDS BCP program office to provide overall coordination of business continuity and emergency response activities for GDS Argentina:

-
Provide an effective interface to the Service lines/functions at the center:

-
Support the assessment, review, and implementation of recovery strategies:

-
Support the enhancement, maintenance and testing of BCP's:

-
Participate in/help facilitate all BCP/ERP activities like BIA, training and testing:

-
Collaborate with key personnel from functions such as Technology, Facility and Admin, Talent team and other relevant teams:

-
Provide support during business interruption events:

-
Support the preparation and delivery of training and awareness materials:

-
Availability/flexibility required due to the nature of role

Skills and attributes for success
- **Total work experience of 5-6 years**:

  • Exposure to emergency and/or business continuity planning (preferred):

To qualify for the role, you must have

Graduate or equivalent:

Exposure to emerging and evolving technologies like AI, Bots, RPA and tools such and similar as Archer, Everbridge, SharePoint, SAP, Power BI etc

BCP Certification (Associate Business Continuity Professional, Certified Business Continuity Vendor, Certified Functional Continuity Professional, Certified Business Continuity Professional, Master Business Continuity Professional)

Ideally, you'll also have

Experience in working in large matrixed organization:

Flexible to travel, if required

Strong knowledge of both business recovery and testing methodologies

  • Credible experience working in a fastmoving, clientcentric multi
