The SAP Solutions Architect leads the staff of SAP Basis support. Partners with functional expert teams to provide the assistance and solutions required by business units across the world.

Responsibilities include service level and quality management of the delivered services, demand assessment, capacity management, and issue management among others.

The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel/management.

Key Responsibilities include:

Lead the technical team that provides support to the SAP landscape.
Act as technical lead for SAPrelated project implementations such as upgrades, consolidations, migration, and enablement of new products and services.
Define the architecture strategy for new SAP products.
Ensure adequate levels of service for the SAP products.
Manage a large group of remote teams that provide services in the areas of development, integrations, infrastructure, cloud services, and others.
Communicate design decisions to key stakeholders to ensure the architecture is understood, opportunities for improvement are identified and delivery of the correct solution is achieved
Interact with external teams/contacts outside of IT to include: working with business stakeholders to understand business plans that might drive the architecture for the SAP solution's suit.
Proven experience managing and consolidating of SAP HANA landscape on cloud platforms

Required Skills:

Degree in Computer Science, information systems or an equivalent.
Certification in PO / BASIS is a plus.

- +10 years of IT experience including +5 years direct experience in SAP technical areas.

S4/HANA on cloud Knowledge
SAP BTP basic Knowledge
Supervisory experience is required.
Handson attitude.
Advanced/Native verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (required). Most frequent contacts are with people in US, India and LatAm.
