About the role:

DNV - Business Assurance division is seeking an
Account Representative to join their team.


For the Account Representative, the primary function of this role is to act as a point of contact for clients and the internal processing of their accounts as detailed below.


This position will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and will report directly to the manager of the sector.

What You'll Do

  • For the Account Representative, the primary function of this role is to act as a point of contact for clients and the internal processing of their accounts as detailed below
  • Management System Certification (MSC) projects on time as well as assure that all information of projects is correct with the aim to keep customer certificates valid
  • Communications with internal and external customers
  • Information Analysis
  • Other duties assigned by appropriate management

About you:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 12 years of experience in Business Administration or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
  • Windows and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience
  • Knowledge in quality customer service at a high volume
  • Ability to work with routines and administrative tasks
  • Excellent customerservice skills
  • Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
