The
Oral Care Consultant is in charged with influencing and establishing long-term partnerships with dental professionals to make Colgate oral care products an integral part of their practice, ensuring that Colgate is the brand that they use personally, in their dental office, and that they actively recommend to their patients.

They seek to act as a direct interface with accounts in an assigned geographic territory.


Responsibilities:


  • Achieve a predetermined brand usage, referral, and account sales KPI that aligns with territory annual budget goals.
  • Execute the visit plan in the assigned territory, delivering the information that supports the action of the products, conducting recommendation.
  • Attitude of service and attention to the needs of the dentist, providing the materials (posters brochures) they request.
  • Distribution of product samples and information for both personal and patient use.
  • Provide assistance in launching or dissemination activities aimed at the Dental Profession.
  • Participate in events of professionals linked to oral health, promoting the dissemination of the brand and products.
  • It must be adapted to the frequency of visits, not allowing an excess of return visits and/or eventual visits according to the percentage agreed in the annual objectives.
  • Deliver the information that supports the action of the products.
  • Anticipates, identifies and reports new trends in the market or strategies of the competition.
  • Develop and support a strong partnership between Colgate and a group of accounts (general specialty and dental practices, government accounts, private accounts, dental hospitals, community health centers, pharmacists, and dental distributors/warehouses) in an assigned territory.
  • Develop indepth knowledge of each dental office account
  • Classify, categorize and optimize the number of dental offices contacted in the assigned territory.
  • Understand the weaknesses of competing products and ethically convince the account on Colgate technologies for better patient treatment outcomes.

Requirements:


  • Student or graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a career related to the commercial area.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the commercial area, preferably linked to the professional channel/pharmacies.
  • Have an intermediate level of English
  • It is essential to have your own car and driver's license (blue card)
