Buscamos un Service Delivery Coordinator para que se una a nuestro equipo.
¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?
• Gestión integrada de entrega de los Servicios, garantizar los SLA e identificar nuevos Servicios (upselling).
• Asegurar la prestación de servicios dentro del alcance, plazos y costos establecidos en los contratos con clientes.
• Garantizar la actualización de la documentación de los proyectos y contratos de servicio.
• Identificar y encaminar las negociaciones sobre los cambios en el alcance de servicios.
• Responsable de la contratación y gestión de terceros.
• Evaluar/aprobar junto con el Coordinador de los especialistas el Transfer Meeting de proyectos que se reciben.
