We seek an energetic, resilient, and driven person to join our dynamic team to help further our rapid growth and be a part of our immigration firm.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assigning appointments to appropriate team members
- Virtually triaging clients' appointments
- Reviewing and rectifying clients' concerns
- Complete daily tasks assigned during each shift and other administrative jobs as assigned
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Desirable one year of administrative experience;
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Superior customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
- Good written and spoken English.
Salary:
$35, $50,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (required)
Shift availability:
- Night Shift (required)
- Day Shift (preferred)
