We are looking for a great team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can think strategically providing deep policy expertise to the Argentina team.

This role requires deep understanding of compensation and benefits practices, compliance regulations and strategic mindset to translate policies and local framework into a competitive and meaningful offer to attract and retain top talent.

What you'll do?

  • Be an HR leader, key business partner in country to drive performance and culture
  • Keep abreast of trends/competitive practice/legal landscape as they relate to Shell HR policies.
  • Review policies, making recommendations for change, and consulting with the business on changes and implementation.
  • Communicate and implement new policies and revised policies and ensure policies driven by legislation/governmental agencies are developed and implemented in the business.
  • Provide overall administration of programs and policies
  • Provide support for Argentina implications of global policy efforts.
  • Provide support for projects in other areas of P&B in addition to Policy
What you ́ll need?

  • Experienced HR professional with strong background in local legal framework, policy and benefits background.
  • Strong team player with a positive "can do" attitude, adept at building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information and implement change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both English and Spanish with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner for an executive audience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in policy, compensation design, administration, and business partnership, preferably for Argentina in a global company.
  • University Degree (advanced degree a plus) in a relevant field.
