• Domain in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office 36
• Advanced English for active participation in meetings with the Global team

• Support to end users (dedicated to the workplace), level 1, 2 and 3;
• Ensuring the SLA and conducting services in accordance with ITIL best practices;
• Report and align approaches and solutions with the Global IT team (in English);
• Documentation and training.
